At Dawn Wellness
After teaching an introductory wellness course at a college overseas, Amy began her career in healthcare as a kinesiologist in 2000. She came to love hands-on therapeutic approaches while becoming a Fascial Stretch Therapist. Amy subsequently completed a 2200 hour massage therapy diploma, has completed the 5 years of courses and exams in an Osteopathic Manual Therapy program and is in a final research year, and has taken many other continuing education courses including Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflex Technique to lessen sensitivity of sensory receptors. She has participated in sports since she was a kid and played 1 year of college volleyball. She’s a certified coach in a few sports and a volleyball referee.
