Krystal is a personal trainer passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and supported in their own bodies. Her work focuses on nutrition consulting and strength training, with a special emphasis on core and pelvic floor health. She believes true strength starts from the inside out, and she helps her clients rebuild that foundation in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable.

Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering after pregnancy, or simply wanting to move better and feel stronger and more connected to your body, every program is tailored specifically to You. Krystal’s approach is realistic, supportive, and education-based — no quick fixes, just smart training and nourishing habits that help you reach your goals and sustain long-term results.

She also works closely alongside Magdalena, our physiotherapist and pelvic floor physiotherapist, to help clients move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence. By combining structured strength training with rehab-informed exercise, she bridges the gap between physiotherapy and the gym, ensuring every movement has purpose and supports both recovery and long-term health.
